"I've been a State Farm client for over 25 years and started working with Lisa's agency and her staff this year after my long-time agent passed away last year. I've been very pleased working with Lisa and her staff. For example, I periodically receive timely and helpful information and links to resources via email. I don't recall receiving any info from my previous agent unless it was to sell an insurance product. In addition, Lisa took the leadership to host a "State of Homeowners Industry" zoom in Feb as the homeowners insurance market skyrocketed with all the disaster claims around the country. Some policy holders were unable to get coverage, some insurance agencies weren't able to offer policies to new clients, solvency of some insurance companies were being questioned and most of us didn't know where to find answers or get help.
